Hotel Chhimeki, a touristic hotel stands following terms and conditions. The guests should be familiar with reading the mentioned terms and conditions before making the booking of any rooms available here. Some words including you, your, the guest, the customers, and the guests refer the individual making the booking with us.

Likewise, words like ours, us we, and the company refer to the Hotel Chhimeki. Moreover, please do not go further unless you agree and understand our terms and conditions clearly.

Our Terms and conditions

Booking

Our guests require to fill up our online booking form to book any room of Hotel Chhimeki. Otherwise, you can inform through telephone as well. Next, bookings can also be made by the persons meeting directly. That’s why initially you should send your identity (copy of your passport) along with the booking form.

Notwithstanding this, we have to receive 20% of the booking cost along with the form to be confirmed your booking. Receiving and analyzing the booking form and the booking advance, your booking will be confirmed. You will get a notice via your email address immediately after confirming your booking. We also suggest our entire guests fill the form properly keeping accurate information. If we found the provided information incorrect, it will not be evaluated and confirmed as well.

In the booking form you especially should include check-in and check-out dates, the number of visitors, name, nationality, contact address and number without any mistake. Please contact us and know about the issues if you do not receive your booking confirmation for up to 24 hours.

Payment

Various ways are available for our guests regarding the payments. Scroll down to know the ways that we receive the payments:

1. Credit Card

You can pay via several international credit cards like Mastercard, American Express, Discover Network and Visa of our booked rooms.

2. Bank or Wire Transfer

Otherwise, you can wire us or transfer the paying amount to our bank account. The bank details are given below.

Cancellation Policy

Regarding the cancellation policy, our guests have the right to cancel the bookings. But for this, something such as reason, date and time of the cancellation should be provided in our administration. Next, we do not accept any cancellation before 3 days of their initial check-in time. If the guests are not checked in their scheduled date and time, we will be forced to decide the cancellation of the booking. So, we advise you to inform us if there is any changes or cancellation.

Next, our clients must perform in an affable way. If any disturbance for other guests and our hotel staff is found, we will be forced to cancel the remaining stay of the individual guest without any hesitation.

Complaints and issues

As we put our all efforts to make our guests happy and satisfied, there may be a lack of anything. If our guests have the complaints and issues related to your stay in our hotel, bring with us without any hesitation. We will process to solve such complaints and issues immediately.

Update and change of Terms & Conditions

As the terms and the conditions are the subjects to be changed, Hotel Chhimeki holds all the rights to change, alter, modify or update its terms and conditions without informing about those changes to our clients.
